Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail or letter:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Please inform us before returning the goods by e-mail to info@eg-gue.ch.

Returns must be sent without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the notification of withdrawal to the following address:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
