In general, it should always be ensured that the correct care is used for the respective material of the shoe. In addition, the correct sequence in the application is important to achieve a promising result.

Regular shoe care has many advantages for you – and of course for your shoes. Especially with leather shoes you ensure a longer life and can keep their leather supple through the right products. In addition, they are less susceptible to dirt of any kind.
In general, your shoes should be cleaned as soon as possible if they have become dirty. A shoe care including impregnation or color freshening is advisable every two to three weeks to protect your shoes from “drying out”, to keep them supple and to improve them.
Since impregnation does not last forever, it is necessary to repeat it at regular intervals of two to four weeks. This is the only way to protect your shoes from moisture.
Remove dry dirt with water. This allows the dirt to soak into the material and is not as easy to remove as dry cleaning. Provided the dirt is dry, the shoes should also be cleaned with a dry brush or cloth.
Impregnate the shoes only once at the beginning.
Impregnation must be applied again and again, otherwise the protection against moisture will expire.
