Shipping Policy

1) Order processing time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

2) Shipping destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Switzerland (CH)

  • [EU/EEA / United Kingdom / Other countries] (if applicable)

If your country isn’t available at checkout, it means we’re not shipping there at the moment.

3) Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination,

  • package weight/size,

  • selected shipping method.

4) Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates and start once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

  • Switzerland (CH): typically 1–7 business days

  • Europe (EU/EEA/UK): typically 3–15 business days

  • International: typically 6–22 business days

Delays can occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or high seasonal volume.

5) Carriers & tracking

We ship using reputable carriers (for example Swiss Post and/or partner carriers).

  • Tracking is provided when available.

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

6) Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

For shipments outside Switzerland, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are:

  • not included in our product prices or shipping fees (unless explicitly stated),

  • the customer’s responsibility.

Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you need more details.

7) Incorrect address / undeliverable packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we can reship it, but additional shipping costs may apply.

  • If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. Once an order is shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

8) Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it:

  • check with household members/neighbors,

  • verify the delivery location,

  • contact the carrier with the tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,

  • photos of the damage and packaging.

We’ll assess the case and help you find a solution according to the carrier’s rules and our applicable consumer obligations.
